Build a restaurant from an empty room, run the floor through the lunch rush, and keep the stars coming.

Seat parties before they lose patience, hire servers, cooks and bussers, lay out the dining room and the kitchen line, and set your menu prices. When it gets busy the problems come live: a grease fire, a spill someone slips on, a dish machine that jams, a VIP at the door. Answer them in time or pay for it.
